Garde Rail Gallery accepts VISA, Mastercard, personal cheques, cash and money orders as payment. You may also call 206.621.1055 with your order, or email. We will reply with pricing and availabilty. Thank you. Returns We provide a forty-eight (48) hour approval period on purchased items. On receipt of your art, please inspect thoroughly and notify us immediately if there is any damage. If you receive an item and are not satisfied, notify us within the forty-eight (48) hour approval period and ship back (you will be responsible for shipping and insurance charges). Upon receipt of items and insuring that they are in their original condition, we will credit your account. If you wish to return an item after the 48 hour approval period, we will give you a gallery credit equal to the amount of your original purchase. No returns after 14 days. Shipping We will do our best to approximate shipping charges. Charges are based on shipping, handling, and insurance charges via the United States Postal Service. Special shipping requests are entertained. Shipping charges will be included in your total. What Happens When An Order Is Received When we receive your order, we make sure that the item is available. Although we do our best to keep the web site up to date, all items are subject to availability. Confirming that the item is available, we will contact you with total pricing including shipping. Upon your approval, we will submit your credit card information for authorization. Once approved, we will pack up your purchases and ship them out to you. We will further notify you when the item has shipped. If paying by cheque, we allow five (5) business days for cheques to clear. Total charges include shipping, handling, insurance, and sales tax (WA state only). Tax 8.8% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Washington State. Payment Plans We want to accomodate you in any way we can. Our layaway policy follows: A deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) is required. If you wish to cancel your layaway, you will receive a full refund of your deposit if notified within ten (10) days of the original layaway. If you cancel after the ten (10) day period, you will forfeit your payments. Term of layaway will be determined by purchase price. A monthly payment is required to maintain each layaway. Monthly payments not received when due accrue interest at a rate of 5% per thirty (30) days. If payment is not received within 90 days the deposit and any payment made will be forfeited and will not be refunded. Cost of packaging, shipping and insurance will be added to the cost of the artwork. Non-credit card orders We accept cash, cheques, and money orders, made out to Garde Rail Gallery as payment. If you just aren't comfortable with submitting your credit card information over the internet, we can accept your order over the phone, call us at 206.621.1055.
